Each PD grade unlocks different vehicles:
- Grade 1 → Basic patrol units
- Grade 3 → Interceptors
- Grade 5 → High-rank/undercover units

🛑 Prevents Duplicate Purchases
Once a player buys a vehicle, it no longer appears in the shop for them.
🚗 Automatic Garage Integration
Purchased vehicles are saved directly to the ESX garage system using oxmysql.
