The problem
A bot serving many communities was configured entirely through chat commands. Staff had to remember the syntax, permission changes were untraceable, and every server owner asked the same setup questions.
What we built
- 01Added Discord OAuth2 login, so owners see exactly the servers they manage and nothing else.
- 02Built per-guild permission editing with role-gated module toggles, so each server enables only the features it wants.
- 03Streamed the audit log live into the dashboard, so staff can see who changed what, and when.
- 04Kept the API and the bot on one shared data layer, so dashboard changes take effect without a restart.
